New patient?
We are currently accepting new patients who live in Voorschoten. Your application can be made online, click here, or at the practice. An acquaintance appointment is possible.
Temporarily we accept patients who live in Wassenaar.

The practice
The practice consist of three family practitioners and a family practitioner trainee.
There are also two Physician Assistant, Esther and Marrie. She mainly attends patients with chronic diseases, such as asthma, COPD, cardiovascular problems and diabetes.
Marike Hassefras is the psychologist in our pratice.

We can be reached by phone between 8.00 and 12.30 and between 14.00 and 16.30.
From 10.10 until 10:30 (consultation/coffee break) and from 12.30 until 14.00(visits/meetings/lunch) the practice is only available for emergencies.
Between 16.30. and 17.00 we are only available for emergencies or situations that cannot wait until the next working day.
Appointments
To make an appointment, you can call us on 071-5612356 option 3 or schedule an appointment online via MijnGezondheid.net or the app MedGemak. Consults are scheduled for 15 minutes.
In case of emergency
- In case of an acute emergency call 112, the national emergeny line.
- In case of a less urgent emergency call the practice 071-5612356 and press 1.

House calls
Housecalls are available for elderly patients or patients too sick to come to the practice. If a housecall is required please call us before 10 o’clock.
Repeat prescription
You can order medicines via Mijngezondheid.net or the MedGemak app
Or you can call the practice and press 2 for the prescription line.
Please provide the following information:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Medicine, dosage and strength
Repeat prescription can be picked up the next day at the pharmacy.
Newly prescribed medicine can normally be picked up at the end of the day at the pharmacy.
If you’d like to see a medical specialist, a referral from a family practitioner is required. We realize that you may not be familiar with the Dutch health system. If you have any questions do not hesitate to ask us.
